- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Unbelievable reaction when trying to return a piece of flooring which they cut wrong. My husband was verbally abused, constantly shouted at and amazingly was offered to hit a member of staff "for the camera." Totally unprofessional and a nasty offensive bully. Refused to refund our money and told my husband to get out. The lady i spoke to on the phone actually agreed with me that it was their mistake but by the time we got there she had clearly changed her mind.
